Dutch Bros Coffee - Chico

Fantastic, super friendly service!I was surprised to find out they don't have drip coffee but, an extra shot of espresso in my carmelizer and all was well ?I highly recommend them over the other well known coffee establishment that will go un-named. Keep up the great work

My daughter purchased a drink. They offered my dog a pupicino or a bisquits. They were w really friendly and talked to us like we were old friends. Very nice people.

Lady taking our order was nice and spot on,people at the window were conversating with the people right in front of us for about 5 minutes and acted like we didn't belong

I could write this review faster than the service this morning. I've been to Dutch a lot. Lived here a long time. I was only behind one car and the person in front of me along with the guy in the window would not stop talking. Even after he gave the girl her drink they still continued to sit there and talk for a good while I waited. I literally had to get out of my car to ask if I could leave because I was going to be late for work. I was generous and that was ridiculous. No coffee, all I got to hear was a conversation that lasted way too long. Seriously disappointed. Will not be going back.

Great establishment. Even with a line of cars they had time to take my order at the walk up window and I was out of there in 5 minutes. They even reminded me about getting my points with the phone number. 5/5
