Casa San Juan - Chichicastenango

Very nice, comfortable restaurant with great food, soft Latin music, indoor and outdoor seating. A retreat from the busy weekend market just outside.

Terrible service. We sitted in a table inside and it seems they completely forgot we were there. It took them 15 minutes to bring a couple of beers and just after we reminded them. Then they took our order wrong and told us that we had to wait 45 minutes as a penalty for changing it when they made the mistake!!! Unbelievable. Some of us had to leave the place and look for another one. Just terrible

Great restaurant right besides the main church. They have a good selection of traditional food which I very much recommend! The burgers looked great as well but we didn’t try… Loved the very friendly and professional personal!

Fantastic authentic food! Cash only. Small menu, but hearty portions. Margaritas are a tad small, so be sure to order a double.

Highly recommended! Casa San Juan stands for good food, the best ambiance and friendly service. As far as I'm concerned the best restaurant in Chichicastenango.
