Mais d seemed like he could not give two hoots, was not interested in our open table reservation, he did not seem to follow them. he put our table of 5 on the back of the restaurant and was not helpful when we wanted to move. although it provides better tables. we have been using what we were offered when we were hungry (family.) our waiter was better what balanced the service. the food was good. delivered hot, service a little slow, but not the waiter mistakes. I looked understated. kitchen staff (we were next to them) were unprofessional and speak quite loud about how they want to date (for a better word) one of the waiter sisters. would not return to this two-g. not my previous experience of zizzi. I would have known that I had eaten in portsmouth. how it ruined our break a little.

Zizzi restaurants are always a reliable and 'safe bet'. I dined in the Chichester branch and found it well on all counts food, service, price etc.

We made a reservation while walking to the restaurant. We were almost 20 minutes early and the restaurant hadn't even received the OpenTable reservation yet, but they cleared a table and had us seated in 5 minutes even though they were clearly quite busy. Service was excellent, our waitress was very pleasant and accommodating, and the food was quite good and well worth the price. The ambience was nice although quite loud where we were seated. Overall a very nice dinner.
