New Street Grill - Chichester

We were in petworth and decided to visit the bar for the early evening coffee and drinks. the inside seat in the bar area is very comfortable and the place is stylishly decorated. the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. the coffee and the drinks were very nice, although there was no bar food. the restaurant area also looks stylish, and we would like to visit again at lunch or dinner. well recommended.

Absolutely fantastic. especially traveled to go here today for lunch and was not disappointed in definitiw. beautifully decorated; really friendly and helpful staff and absolutely fantastic eating and drinking. I'm sure we'll be back soon. although perhaps somewhat more expensive than some places, the quality of everything makes the prices very good value for money in my opinion. thanks!

Excellent restaurant we discovered for Sunday dinner. decor is great, but it is the excellent service that makes all the difference. the food was tasty and well presented, apart from the flower coal tar, which no one really interested unfortunately. all the weeps we tried from the glass were also excellent. are already planning our return visit!

Hungry after our visit to Petworth House and lucky to spot this on our way into Petworth itself. Lovely interior, clean bathrooms and very friendly and attentive staff. The food was spectacular, we chose from the set menu and were not disappointed. Beautifully cooked and presented with decent portion sizes too. We hadn't booked in advance, but would recommend as I think we were lucky with the time we went as it was not too busy. One of the best restaurants I've been to for a long time.

Lovely venue with excellently attentive (and patient! team on hand in beautiful surroundings. Menu appears very diverse with lots of those psuedo-words that they must teach in chef college to bamboozle and impress. The food was very good indeed but not quite up to level of pricing and wines were disappointing ...but perhaps that is just my experience. Would recommend but go easy on the wine list unless cost is no question for you.
