Ordering can be a stressful experience as they create an atmosphere of discomfort, making diners feel unwelcome in the usually half-empty cafe, especially for students trying to study. The manager, who appears unsympathetic, often stares at customers as if they are insignificant. Even when seated, she continues to observe patrons while speaking with staff. Only one member of the team seems to provide decent customer service, as the others remain silent during interactions, leading to awkward encounters along with the staring and gossiping. The staff's attention is frequently focused on their phones rather than checking on guests' needs, only appearing to work when prompted by a customer. Their unkempt appearance is also a concern, as it is not professional to look disheveled in a workplace, giving the impression of a lack of care. Overall, the staff's behavior and attitude towards customers leave much to be desired in terms of hospitality.

Perfect for dining in or taking out, the coffee and tea are served in disposable cups, while the fresh croissants come in paper bags. The service is provided by a friendly and efficient young man.

This cafe in Chichester stands out for its exceptional Covid protocols. They serve the best tea and cappuccino in town. It's hard to find any faults with this fantastic establishment. Although I didn't try any of their cakes or pastries, they certainly looked delicious.

Situated on South Street, this up market coffee shop provides a variety to meet most tastes and offers a range of brew your own at home accessories. Your name is taken with your order and when your order is ready, hopefully you hear your name being called to collect your order from the counter. Not the best arrangement for the hard of hearing! The lattes were one shot strength, smooth and without bitterness costing £3.
