Wendy's - Chicago

They need to either clean house and get new employees or get an experienced manager because it shouldn't take more than 30 mins to get fast food. It just seems so unorganized. Mobile, kiosk and drive thru orders were backed up. Even the security guard was passing out drinks. At one point he told people if you don't feel like waiting, you can leave lol. The food was good when I got it though

If you order something, check it. Didn't get what was ordered, and the gluten free fries had to be replaced because the nuggets were placed on top. Overall good food, but the service could have been better.

SLOOOOOOOOOOOW!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. Very unprofessional. My wife put in a mobile order for pick up. I took the journey to the Wendy 's. Get there and the doors are locked. I peer inside to see workers working the drive thru and security scarfing down food table off to the side. As I waved to get his attention, he ignores me. Then a pregnant worker (the shift manager) answers through the glass. I tell her I have a mobile order. She responds u gotta go through the drive thru. Signaling towards the window. Minutes later, the security unlocks the door for patrons to come inside. I approach the counter asking the manager why would u tell me go to the drive up window. I don 't own a car. She says cuz that 's how we doing it. I ain 't got enough staff right now. Then instead of arguing back and forth, I told the cashier our mobile order number which took them 20 mins to assemble. This order should have been ready since it took me 20 mins to get to the location and it was paid for already. Then we ordered strawberry frosties. That was out. All they had was vanilla. The option should have been blacked out on the app. The location should have cut off mobile orders if understaffed. They shouldn 't be locking doors unless closed for the day or lacking items. This location is a whole clusterfuq that doesn 't deserve any business. This same service is non existent locations that have majority latino staff or mixed staff. Only in the African American neighborhoods do the owner/operators allow the uneducated and unprofessional to run their establishments into the ground. Don 't eat here.SN They allow crackheads, drunks and drug dealers in the establishment.

Not badI had the chicken biscuitIt was cooked nice n well seasoned but I'm not a big fan of syrup on my chicken.... still tasty tho

The overnight staff can be quite intimidating and rude. Their lack of consideration is entirely irresponsible and unacceptable. Everyone has their responsibilities, and life is too short for unnecessary drama.
