Taco Bell - Chicago

Roger always gives great customer service! I know my food is gonna be good when he’s working.

The Taco Bell in Angola has awful management. The manager with red hair, glasses, is very rude to his employees. He should not yell at them or be little them. that manager needs to learn some respect and shouldn't be allowed to work in customer servibe.

I got my food an hour late and our drinks didn't come till 30 minutes after that. We had a 3 hour timeframe and this took up half of it.

My wife and I come here (drive-thru) ALL the time and the food is always good and made exactly how we wanted (we do a lot of customizations on the app). They’re also super nice and even write on the food which thing is which. Great Taco Bell!

I had a taco bell experience so bad it will make you never want to go there again, so I was waiting for my taco bell order. And I waited like 30 minutes for it. Then we get our food and it's the wrong order, I wanted beans but the workers didn't read it and they put MEAT on my tacos. And I have a bad allergy to meat so I had a bad time and had to wait.
