Rolling Chicago Cafe

Let's start with OVERPRICED. $11 roll ice cream $14 crepes. Waited over 1.5 hours for our order,2 items only Mango Berry crepe and oreo roll ice cream. Not worth the wait. Staff is very disorganized. They don't have a system and don't complete orders asthey come. 3 teenagers running the place. No manager. No one greeted no one apologize for the wait.

Eating was amazing. the mini pancakes are so soft and tasty. the green chilaquiles were so good with the right amount of sharp. their caffe de olla and their milkshakes are also very good. the staff there was really nice. it must try. will be going back in any case

Despite some bad reviews I decided to give it a try. I went in at 3:30pm and no clients were there. I had seen some walk out 2 minutes prior. 2 older ladies were there. They greeted me and offered me a menu, and gave me a breakdown of what they have. I paid…it was a tad pricey for an order of 15 mini pancakes and they charge per topping. Other than that the lady started making the pancakes and less than 10 minutes later, my order was ready. I’m not sure if dining-in is longer but it was pretty quick. The mini-pancakes are good, although they were kinda cheap with the syrup for the price. They could’ve definitely drizzled more on top.

Awesome place! The workers were super friendly and fast! They greeted us right away and they saw our dog with us and let him be with us out on the patio. We requested for a glass of water so we can pour it for our dog and they were so generous they brought him a bucket of water! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt welcomed and it was delicious!

I really appreciate good customer service you get what you pay for. I've had chilaquiles rojos from so many local spots and the ones they have here are the best I've had! Their café de olla is also the one of the best I've had. Everything we tried was delicious. The mini pancakes ? so fluffy and delicious. I definitely have to come back for the crepes!
