Amazing culinary experience in the Chi City! on the pricier side, but the food, service and ambiente more than does it. eating was fantastic, only wow. hamachi serrano chili is a must to try. it is finished within seconds and we had to order a second. also the ny prime steak and the seabass were excellent. the chocolate cake literally melts in the mouth. Perfectly sweet end to a fantastic culinary experience. this is a great place for a date night or girl night. in front of the time. I highly recommend this place. 10/10 for me.

We were in chicago for almost a week on all restaurants that we were looking for before the hand. in our last night we took roka akor on a laune and it was our favorite from all the trip! the ambiente and the service were spectacular, but eating was the real hero here. we started with the yellowtail sushi appetizer and knödeln. we also had the lobster and garne steer dump and the hamachi serrano chile roll. everything was with a burst of different flavors. we finished with the lamb aprons, sweet mais and mushroom pot. I hope they have a chance to enjoy this place soon!

We enjoyed eating very much. the sushi was fabulous, sweet and very good. service was very good. the only problem was the noise it was so loud that it was almost impossible to hear each other without screaming.

That was my first culinary experience in chicago and one of my favorites. I learned roka akor is a chain after that, but it does not have the chain experience. the restaurant is elegant, modern and unique. lisa, the hostess, was incredibly wonderful and put me in my ideal seating opportunity. kathryn, my server, was phenomenal! she led me for some of the best drinks and was on point all the time. martin, the bus boy, always ensured that the table was cleaned and water was never low. as mentioned everyone was fantastic! I did the decadent omikase, and it was perfect. everything served as great as the last and nothing could be left behind. for $145 a person they like a kind of ate and left satiated with creative and cherry. the whole food was slightly fed to not let her bloed so that it is the ideal eating experience. the cocktails were also amazing kreatiw, with sorts of around, bourbon, wodka and gin. I could have a lot of liqueurs without feeling pressed into my choice. if they have a chance to come here, they should, but make sure to book in advance.

One of the best sushi spots in Chicago! Great ambiance (for both indoor and outdoor seating) and perfect for dates/work dinners too. Highly recommend the rock shrimp and dumplings. All of their cocktails are spectacular!
