Papa Cenar - Chicago

Treated like royalty with excellent service and extra treats at the table. The owner came out to greet us and asked us to come back soon. We were celebrating my sister's birthday and we were treated to a special dessert for her birthday. The menu was for brunch and the quality of the dishes was great.

A friend decided to have his wife's birthday party here. It turned out to be a great choice. With 10 of us at the table we were able to sample a large number of dishes and share family style. The food was excellent, portions good, staff was wonderful.

Enjoyed a birthday dinner party for 10... From cocktails wine to small tapas, large plates, and desert, everything was delicious and the service spot on. Highly recommend the pork belly, lamb ribs, short ribs, and mussels, but really, everything was great. Definitely returning to Papa Cenar!

Totally underrated restaurant for brunch in this area. Service was great as was the food, reservations were accepted for large groups, **** Mary's were pretty spot on, variety of food that ranges from light to heavy to make sure there is something for everyone.

This place is an absolute must if you are a fan of anything Mediterranean. Sangria was absolutely refreshing and delicious and the food was outstanding. Shared plates and plenty to choose from. Incredibly nice and spacey restaurant with fantastic staff and excellent service. Going back next weekend with those who couldn’t make it today.
