Moon Flower House - Chicago

I went inside to order a Spicy chicken sandwich meal. It took 30 mins to make when there was nobody else, literally an empty restaurant. I ask the cashier why it is taking so long after waiting 20mins and he said it's coming out 1 min. But then it took additional 10 mins. Never going back here again. Looks like disorganized restaurant. And now I know why it was empty in the first place.

Most terrible experience and will never order from this place again.

I had always missed the fried chicken from China. Thanks Moon Flower for giving me that back. It never goes wrong!

It was a decent lunch stop on a whim when looking for a late bite in the area on a Friday afternoon. Your order will be called for pick up when ready at the counter. I immediately chose the crispy chicken sandwich, which was about $7. Despite looking dry, even with the sauce, it met expectations. Could have used a tad more sauce though. The mozzarella sticks were also an impulsive add. They were served along with a couple plastic gloves, I assume so you could consume without getting your fingers greasy? LOL. I embraced the full experienced, gloved up, and dug into the battered sticks of melted mozz. Yolo! Last notes: it 's located on the upper floor at the top of the staircase of the main doors to the building. The seats are pastel, feminine, and made for much smaller people , as many husband noted as he may have uncomfortable squished into a chair for our dine in meal.
