Maggiano's Chicago

Great location for a family party. We loved the ambience, service was excellent, food was plentiful and tasty. Valet was a welcome relief to find parking.

Loves this restorer. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Service was top-notch.

There weren't enough waiting staff. The one waiter did his best to take orders and to guest the best he could, but he had about 6-8 tables. Therefore, some of our foods came out at best room temperature. The brunch menu had a good choice, but it took a very long time to prepare the food.

We had reservation for 11 people.. upon arrival it was so crowded, it was difficult to move. after waiting 20 minutes beyond our reserved time, we were told they were running 45 minutes late. It was Mother’s Day, so it was understandable to be a bit behind, but frustrating to have had to sit and wait it out for so long.

This is our 3rd year celebrating Mother’s Day Maggianos Chicago. The service was great, but we were there for 3hours. It took longer for food to come out from kitchen and it was obvious that they were short staffed. Our server did his best , provided great service. In previous years the head Chef came out checked on the Moms, they used to have flowers on table. Those were nice touches that they did not provide.
