Lalo’s Best Mexican - Chicago

Love this place used to order all the time. Before the Kovid it was a band. You still play good music. They watch sports. Good food and drinks. I had a drink and I didn't even put a dent in him. The meat plate was very good. It had wrapped bbq, steak, beef and shrimp in bacon. Delicious.

Ordering Lalo's website shortly after the opening to 7/5/2021. Must quickly pick up a job before work. The order consisted of 4 Pozole, 1 Nachos regular, 1 Enchiladas verdes and 1 Chicken Mol. All records were good tasting, but the buyer did not send the chefs the full order, so there were only 1 Pozole instead of 4. I called the business and the person on the phone was apologetic and asked if I could come back and pick it up. I was late and traveled out of town and could not return and a refund was not issued.

The service is okay.... Eating mmm ok I guess... the Margaritas nothing to compare with Lalo's with the one Harlem Av...... the place is beautiful, but is very expensive... first and last time we come

Every time I order the pickup, it is never ready when they say it will be, and I end up waiting a supplement of 10-15 minutes that is ridiculous. Why command? Staff, though useless in support. Do not recommend this place to come out and they do not deliver. Guess they don't want your business!!

Lalos never disappoints! Went on a Sunday and the best part about this is that parking was free this day. It wasn't too crowded, we were immediately seated. Staff was great and attentive. Once the waitress came by to take our order, another server came by to make sure we had been helped. That I loved. Once we got our meals they forgot my shrimp for the shrimp fajitas. But that was no problem, my waitress made sure to tell the kitchen and they came out pretty quickly. She was amazing. The food was bomb!! Seasoned to a T!! Filled with so much flavor! This was my first time trying shrimp enchiladas and I was pleased. They were so good. It's a must that I go back and order the enchilada meal.
