La Colombe - Chicago

We were visiting Chicago, and la Colombe was was next to our hotel, what a great result. The coffee is magnificent, the pastries are OK and, upon another guest requesting one, I was so happy to hear staff saying that they're trying to move away from single use straws. Really great job.

The almond croissant and coffee here is delicious. I love that their mochas don't come sweet- you can control how much sugar/simple syrup you put in it.

Love this place they literally will explain the coffee and its flavors, Strength, mixes and you get to try them before your purchase on tap....This is better then Star bucks in my OWN OPINION!! It's my Favorite to go for Coffee

The cutest coffee shop in the neighborhood! It's modern and relaxed, with excellent coffee. The location is very convenient and easy to locate. During the winter, it's a delight to sit inside and take in the street view. They also offer a selection of limited-edition pastries, with different options available each day. If you're after the Danish scone, make sure to arrive early!
