The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the service was satisfactory. However, we were greatly disappointed by the food. It seems that since their recent reopening, they have not yet fully organized their kitchen. Unfortunately, most of the dishes were not available for dinner and the ones we did order seemed to be made from leftovers. The chicken was severely overcooked and soaked in vinegar, while the vegetarian dish was also overdone and not as described on the menu.

This is the best restaurant in the West Loop for delicious, authentic Indian cuisine. The flavors in the recipes taste like they have been passed down through generations. The wait staff and managers are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be returning for my sixth visit this summer.

The service at this restaurant was not impressive. We received several incorrect items at our table and it took a long time to place our order. Additionally, there was a piece of clove or some inedible spice left in one of our dishes, which made it taste unpleasant when I accidentally bit into it. This experience was enough to make me decide not to return to this restaurant in the future.
