Service was excellent and restaurant was quiet so it was easy to make a conversation. my chicken pancake was good, but it could have been in a bigger bowl, as it was spilled over the sides every time I cut the crust. my wife said the fish and chips were average, but she wished she had ordered the chicken pot cake

We had their special chanukah dinner a 4-course menu for $35/pp, so very good worth. my daughter thought the meal was a bit dirty, but I really enjoyed it, but then I prefer light and tasteful over rich foods with heavy sauces. the service was good, and it was overall a pleasant experience.

Fire lake grill is located in the radisson blu hotel, a 4-star hotel in the city of chicago. my sister, daughter and granddaughter, wife and I stayed there before they visited the bear packers game. we ate in the restaurant on Saturday evening when they arrived at 20 o'clock. it is a beautiful place, casual with an interesting beer list. my problem was that they automatically added a 20% gel to our bill. there was nothing on the menu that let us know that there was policy, nor did they inform us verbally. we also left a 20% cash tip. the next day my wife asked about it and was told that the automatically attached gravitation would be removed from our bill. we had logged into our room on the bill. it was never removed. diner beware! read her reception carefully. we will never eat here again or recommend this restaurant to anyone who lives in chicago.

The food and service for tea was excellent. Good portion. The only thing that was offputting was the R/S fee which was on the bill. This was a room service charge of 18% that the server had them remove. We were not hotel guests. Our server Nailien was excellent

I took a customer here for dinner. When the food came out I was embarrassed. Bone marrow was awful and smelled so bad we asked them to take it away. Pork Belly was dried out like it had been sitting under a lamp for hours. Salmon was so over salted only ate half of it. Filet was ok but cooked well done when ordered medium. Vegetables were drown in oil and salt. Go to a hotdog stand you will be much happier.
