Dunkin' - Feedback

I came in and ordered just a large iced coffee and after 15 minutes of waiting I had to remind them about my order. ONE coffee.

Prices go up quality goes down. Place is always a hit or miss. Sometimes they are quick and friendly. Sometimes you can be the only one in the place and wait 10...

I waited 20 minutes for the wrong drink, and now I'm late for work. This place isn't very efficient in the mornings.

Visit the Dunkin' located on Grand and Ashland. The atmosphere and service are significantly better there.

The place needs to be cleaned up, and the milkshake was too light—more like just regular milk with fruit.
