After 10 minutes of waiting and trying to call the store I finally just went inside to get my order.I wanted to follow Covid safety guidelines by not going in without a mask but I had to put my shirt over my face instead. Myfood was cold but my coffee was great, Med Iced Caramel Latte with Oat milk.
Many complain about ordering issues, I use the app and they get it right every time. To the owner, please update your hours in the app because it thinks you are closed at 2 pm like you were early on during covid. Fix that and I'll increase your rating.
The donuts at No Frills have increased in price from $7.99 to $10.99 per dozen, a 45% overnight increase. The reason given was that other donut shops charge $12.99 for premium filled donuts, which they do not carry. The staff mentioned that the price may increase to $12.99 next time, but I will not be returning.
The staff at this restaurant is very rude as they speak loudly in a different language and do not show any common courtesy or respect towards customers. They become visibly frustrated when you decline to order the 2 for 5 bagel sandwiches. Despite repeatedly telling the woman that I do not want the deal, she shook her head and yelled at her coworker in a different language. They need to learn some manners!
I called to order a coffee and felt rushed by the staff over the phone. When I arrived at the restaurant, the person I had spoken to informed me that they were too busy with other customers to take my order. I was disappointed as I had called ahead because I was in a hurry, but ultimately left without getting anything. This location is not dependable.
