Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chicago

Delicious. I really like the new Chorizo. I always get the bowls.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Chipotle : We went in this morning and asked if things were gluten free as my little girl has Celiacs Disease. The man at the counter (on his own said 'HOLD ON ' !! he changed his gloves, washed his hands, got her a bowl from the low stack to reduce prior touching without us asking a thing!! They were crazy busy yet he wouldnt allow anyone else to touch our order until our dishes were complete, sealed and bagged... I appreciated it so much : THANK YOU :

Typical burrito fare. Good tofu protein option. Clean. Friendly. Nice outdoor seating.

I’ve eaten at a bunch of Chipotles and had a whole variety of experiences, but I always have a great experience at this store. This is my new home store since moving to Longmont, and we order takeout or delivery from this location 2-3 times per month-usually using their app’s group order function, which makes it *super easy* among family members. When I pick up, our order is always ready at the stated time (I always choose the ASAP option), and it is accurate when we go to eat it. There have been times when they have gone above and beyond by offering me an extra bag of chips when I have picked up food at the very, very end of the night directly before closing time–maintaining a positive attitude at the end of the night unlike some other restaurants whose employees are just upset that you even made an order in the first place toward the end of the night. Short story long… definitely an A+ for this particular Chipotle.
