Chick-fil-a - Chicago

The worst and nastiest one I’ve ever been to! My whole family’s food was cold! It was like pulling teeth just to get refills. If corporate seen this store I’d be closed.

While the location offers a fantastic view of the Art Institute and is conveniently situated, the food quality at this fast-food restaurant is awful, and the service is very, very slow.The salad consists solely of lettuce with a very small portion, and the burger is extremely tiny and tastes mediocre. Considering the price, this place doesn't offer good value for money at all.If you're seeking a relaxing spot, this location might serve that purpose well, but I wouldn't recommend it for the food quality.Personally, I won't be returning and wish the location hosted a different restaurant altogether.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would but on yelp this is not possible. I ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe meal which was $13.29. I took my sandwich back the first time because the chicken was not thoroughly cooked. They had no problem taking it back and fixing it, but instead I was given a sandwich that was 10 times worse. It left such a bad taste in my mouth. I could vomit!!

This location is a disappointment for CFA. They're breakfast menu consists of 3 items (none with eggs) and the biscuits are always hard. Lunch time isn't much better, but at least they have more items.Parking: Don't drive to this location. Parking is almost nonexistent.

Good taste, good price, most famous place in San Diego that's why I thought would be a good choice. Employees worst attitude, need training, need a smile, need being friendly.
