Food arrived cold, when I ordered I didn't expect to have to cook the food too.

The waffle fries at this restaurant are hot and delicious. However, the shake is overpriced and not good at all. It was a disappointment and not worth the money.

I have had the best experiences at this chick fil a. The staff was exceptional, they went above and beyond to be nice to my kids including giving them a toy on our way out. I would highly recommend their Cobb salad. It was a meal in itself.Parking: It's a big parking lot even on a busy day.Kid-friendliness: They have a play area for kids that my kids enjoy.

They forgot items that were essential to my meal I hated it

Everything was TERRIBLE!! The 10 CknMini's were so dry ,I couldn't eat but 2, and the drive thru was unorganized.TheFord City location has really went DOWN!! IM NEVER GOING BACK!
