Bacci Pizza - Chicago

This is the best bocci location. the personal is friendly eating is fresh? and the pizza is delicious.

We thought here was the famous big discs. it was surprisingly empty at that time. we ordered 2 cheese and 1 sausage. I was satisfied with the quality of the sausage. the cheese was original and I enjoyed it was saucy. the sausage was not so saucy from any reason, but still enjoyed it. the one thing I noticed was the lower crust was a bit dark maybe used out of the pfannen to the pizza on. workers were friendly and it was a clean place. everything super place. Thank you for having us.

I came around 11:15 o'clock near 1 o'clock I was on a sausage, and all that she had 2 discs with real dark almost burned cheese. I said I wanted to sausage the girl said very rude. the pizza maker doesn't do until they're gone? it was my first bad experience at any bacci.

Amazing pizza place. open late hexe is very comfortable. great cheese pizza? that's NY-style. the discs are huge! the sitting areas are great. would come back!

I don't even know where to start. I had eaten here a few times a few years ago, and it was decent. But today I had a simple order of two cooked items and a can of pop. Order took forever (almost an hour) to make even though each item shouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes. I specifically asked for ranch *on the side* because I knew that if it was on the wrap it might get messy in transit. Well not only did they put ranch on the wrap, they packed it on its side/upside down so most of the ranch left the wrap, leaked out of the packaging entirely, and soaked the bottom of the paper bag to the point that it tore open later when I grabbed it. Wrap was almost entirely lettuce and ranch with a few small pieces of questionable chicken. Also completely forgot the soda. I know places have been struggling since the pandemic, and I've been pretty forgiving in most cases, but this just seemed like total ineptitude or negligence. Will never even think about this place again.
