The Tender Trap - Chicago Heights

Pleasantly surprised!!! The food was great. The appetizers and ducks were freshly cooked. Neighbouring Spot Very Appetite!! We will return!!!

Really good food. Friendly service. Awesome crab legs night! Late night place to go if you need food after 10pm in the Heights. Sort of a PIA that they only take cash and have a fee based ATM!!!

We ordered Caesar salads and it was fairly quiet on a late Monday afternoon. I've always had positive experiences here thanks to the friendly staff and the delicious food.

I tried her wings and pizza for the first time two days ago, and wow, it was amazing! The pizza reminded me of authentic Chicago-style pizza and was absolutely delicious. I had it topped with sausage and peppers, and every bite was filled with gratitude! The Cajun wings were more on the mild side, but they were still incredibly tasty. It seems that her buffalo sauce is also mild with a hint of Cajun spice. The Cajun flavor wasn't overpowering, but I definitely plan to order from her again! I also sampled some of the buffalo shrimp, which were tasty, though I think the shrimp could have been larger. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience!

I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars because they only accept cash, and there were no drink or food specials available, even though they were listed on the website. I’d consider these factors together. The drinks and food were decent, but I can't help but wonder if they're primarily focused on cash payments. Many people seem interested in giving it another shot in the future.
