Little Caesars Pizza - Chicago Heights

Was just last Saturday on the third and the boy who worked the front was extremely rude and could not even help me and my cousin with our order. He always yelled at us that online orders were on the left, as they would usually be, as we told him that they asked us to ask the cashier on the front for our order. He was extremely rude for all people there and gave attitude to all customers there. We wait for another 15 minutes as there was a line for our order and he stopped us that our order was in the pickup online order kiosk. I told him nicely that it asked in the email that he handed us the order, as it looked that the kiosk was full of online orders, as per email said. He then asked about my Cosuin's name as that? the name that the order was under control, the kiosk went back 10 minutes, then a lady came back to our name and our order was in kiosk. He was just too rude and ignorant to not even check. Horrible Customer Service and I hope that the boy will be forced not to give an attitude or scream to customers, just to ask simple questions, how we wanted to get our order.

Came to Chicago Heights location at 3:15 in the afternoon on a Sunday. There was no food ready and was said it was a 25-minute waiting period. They had no crazy bread available. While I was waiting, I saw an employee picking up some pizza with their bare hands and then closing this pizza to serve someone.

This place must be examined by public health officials or they had 2 persons working under unanimity conditions. The employee who made the pizzas never washes his hands and gave food during the orders on the register and again he never washes his hands so disgusting and not customer-friendly. I was afraid to buy a pizza from here. It just didn't cry cleanliness. These owners should be involved in maintaining their restaurant chains that they lose business especially I see others what I saw unless they are simply not interested.

This place is pathetic. Four days in a row, I tried to get something. At first there was nothing ready, then they needed an exact change, then cash was just no cards, then go today and there are 6 other people waiting, two pizzas ready and the guys say it will be 10 minutes for everything. Get your act together.

Just went here on June 4th, 2022 at about 5:40 or so and to my pleasant and happy surprise, there were hot-n- ready pizzas ready. They are the only Little Ceasars I have gone to in about 3 years that had hot-n-ready pizzas ready so I have to praise them. The pizza is beautifully made and I'm indulging in it right now. Could not be happier. The workers at this Chicago Heights L.C. should get a raise for being a cut above the rest. Their service is better than locations in Indiana such as Schererville. The guy who rang me up was really nice. I'm thankful for his friendliness. It was a perfect experience.
