Tien Sieng Vegetarian Foods

This is a great vegetarian restaurant with a wide variety of vegan dishes. They offer both pre-made and made-to-order options, as well as ready-to-eat choices like vegan spring rolls, burgers, and nori and leaf chips. The staff is friendly and they even offer free cold water for customers. We tried several dishes in the restaurant and for takeout, and everything was delicious and affordable. We highly recommend the fried shiitake mushrooms and the vegan char siu mock meat. They also have a large freezer with vegan mock meat items for sale, but some may contain egg so be cautious. Additionally, they have a mini shop with soy chunks, spices, sauces, and more.

During my visit, I tried a variety of dishes at the restaurant. One standout was the Chiang Mai noodles, specifically the khao soi. It was the most delicious and authentic version I've had, complete with mock meat, mushroom balls, pickled vegetables, and crispy noodles. The pre-made options were decent, but I highly recommend trying the khao soi for an authentic experience.

Once again, I had a similar experience at this restaurant. I had ordered the khao soi with fake meat and mushroom balls the other day, and it was delicious. However, when I ordered it again today, it came with real meat instead. It seems like vegetarian restaurants occasionally use meat in their dishes. This has happened to me at another place before as well. I suggest asking before ordering to avoid any surprises. It might be helpful to learn some Thai phrases to communicate your dietary preferences more effectively.

This place is excellent value for money, you. Friendly staff will load up your plate for like 40 baht. Maybe we arrived a little too late in the day (1:30pm) but the only options left were fake meat and there was not a vegetable in sight. I’m assuming they must have just sold out, but a green vegetable would have warmly welcome. Regardless, the fake meat dishes were great. There was a spicy fake meat and potato green curry that I also enjoyed.

Super good food ! With buffet all the day and with some noodles soul available too.
