Kasem Store Ratchawong - Chiang Mai

They have lots of things from the west like quinoa, cousin and full wheat brote not Thai style brote. here they are more expensive than usual. However, the ingredients for all bakery products are not shown, so we have no idea whether they are vegan or even vegetarian. I didn't mind.

Kasem store is a well-stocked (flow to deck) dry and cold goods store located 19 ratchawong road only a few doors to chang moi road ... many foreign were including vegetarian and vegan food ... workers speak very good English and are very friendly and helpful when they are looking for vegetarian and vegan foods

Really good place to pick up cooking basics. Also includes some gluten free pasta options, quinoa, millet and other grains. Bakery items are good quality and have significant multigrain options

They have the best prices for tahini and bulk beans, cornmeal, mustard etc. Mostly canned, dry goods and sauces. Run by a very nice family including the granma. If you are a vegetarian they bake daily and there always seems to be different fresh caskes and pies (strawberry pie, coconut cake, pineapple cake etc) Looks good but you need to ask if the item is vegan.
