Starbucks - CHESTNUT HILL

Completely understaffed, very busy, long line, uncomfortable seating. This is the line at lunchtime (12 noon) on Thursday. 2 3 people working in the entire store. I saw people coming and leaving immediately because of the long line. Baristas seem rushed and are probably under a lot of stress. Also, the seating benches are hard wood with no padding your butt has been warned. There are small pieces of trash on the floor. Table tops were also dirty. The bar area where the drinks are given to customers has coffee spills. Dirty cafe. Lastly, the air conditioning can't keep up with all the people, so it's very warm in here in the summer. Boxes with supplies and drinks are stacked inside, along the wall, which makes the place feel less welcoming and more industrial.

I was served spoiled milk! I realized this after I got home and had drank 1/4 of my drink. I won?t ever be back to this store!

After 10 minutes I set a timer on my phone waiting for my drink. There was 4 people on staff and they were not helping the guy make drinks. He was doing all of the orders while the cashier starred off into space. When I finally got my drink it had been 16 minutes of waitng. If I knew it'd be the long I wouldn't have went in. I understand a 5 minute wait but nothing more than 10.

The whole team is terrific! And the manager Carlo was especially helpful. I had a misadventure with a pound of coffee ordered ahead, which, when I brought it home, tasted off, and I then saw the coffee 'best buy ' date was expired. The store was great about sorting it out. Thanks all!

Guy touches the bagel, touches cash, while also touching his beard. When asked about wearing gloves they said they are not required to wear them. Dunkin Donuts people do. Why not here? Disgusting.
