Bidrage med feedbackI absolutely adore this place. I recently won a competition to have lunch at Qoozie, which is one of my favorite restaurants. I knew I would love it, but I brought some friends along and we were all impressed. The pancakes were amazing, and our server was very kind and attentive. The burgers are definitely worth trying if you haven't already. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back!
Our daughter wanted us to go out for lunch and she chose Qoozies because she likes Nutella pancakes. The other options are limited but enough to have you ponder over a few items. The place was clean and quite quiet for 1 O’clock on a weekday. Food arrived quickly and it was hot and tasty. This is a find a seat yourself cafe, where you can use the QR code to order or you can go to the counter.
After my wife had visited Qoozies with a friend she suggested we go for a meal when in town. We called in around mid day and I was impressed by its relaxed atmosphere and cleanliness. I had a panini and my wife had a toasty both arrived very quickly, very fresh and they were full of taste. A couple of really nice coffees completed the meal. The staff were super friendly and we felt very welcome in the restaurant. Overall, I'd recommend a visit and certainly we will be returning.
My wife and I stopped in for a drink. The restaurant was empty and when I approached the counter to order, there were three staff members chatting amongst themselves. They completely ignored me and even glanced at me twice. I didn't even bother trying the drinks because the poor service made me doubt their quality. I left without ordering anything. I have a feeling this place won't last long with such poor customer service.
Went on a Tuesday lunchtime. The place wasn 't busy but I liked the thought of a freshly made smoothie and sandwich. Average looking interior and tables outside. About 6 staff behind the counter looking as if they were all in each other 's way. Girl on the till took my order in silence, no hello or what would you like? and looked bored to tears throughout. No please or thank you from her either. The smoothie was fine as was the sandwich but I 'm out of going back because of the total disinterest of the girl on the till. Maybe some customer service training would help.
