The chicken was pink and she insisted it was still edible, then proceeded to eat it in front of me. I am appalled by this unacceptable behavior! The customer service was terrible, Lola was extremely rude and I was not even given a refund.
I went to this restaurant to order food for my disabled grandmother and unwell aunt. They had mentioned that there are often items missing when they order through Deliveroo, with both KFC and Deliveroo blaming each other. To avoid any mishaps, I decided to drive to the restaurant and pick up the food myself. Unfortunately, upon checking the order, I realized that the wrong sides were included. I returned to the restaurant to inform them, but this hindered my ability to fully check the order. Upon returning home, I discovered that the hot wings were missing. I called the restaurant and asked if I could come back in. When I returned, I spoke to Ethan, who claimed to be a manager but had a disrespectful attitude. It was a frustrating and disorganized experience.
We initially attempted to place our order using the KFC app, but unfortunately, delivery was not an option. We then placed our order through Just Eat. However, we encountered a problem with this app as it did not allow us to customize our burger by removing unwanted items. The delivery tracking system also had some issues, resulting in uncertainty about the delivery time. The food eventually arrived between the estimated times, but none of us were satisfied with our meals. The chicken in the fillet burger was burnt and had a darker color than it should have, indicating a lapse in quality control. Additionally, one of the chicken pieces was overcooked and dry. We are unsure of what went wrong, but we do not plan on ordering from this restaurant again.
Ordered food, to be informed there was no chicken pieces! Only if we waited 25mins. This I thought was odd being a chicken restaurant however I was led by their advice and continued to accept their offer of boneless pieces. On ordering I questioned the small piece that was a more a wing of chicken, to be fronted by sarcasm based on the accepted menu that I payed full price. I can accept the operational ordering and logistics, customer service costs nothing and this I cannot accept!
20 minutes from ordering to delivery food good and fest and officiant very pleased will use the service again
