Luminor Sidoarjo

This is my first visit to indonesia especially sidoarjo surabaya and pasuruan, Indonesia very crowded in traffic Stay at luminor sidoarjo, the hotel very clean, staff very nice and helpful my appreciate give to MR Lai reception manager was giving great service

This hotel was good in every angle, great location and easy to find, Lobby very nice with many ornament and garnish there is middle level of luxury, I was satisfied with all service, especially Mr. Ali (front office manager), was very communicative and very informative, soon I will back to stay at this Hotel!

A very warm welcome from Mr. Ali Akbar was greet and explain all luminor hotel facility, nice hotel close to highway entrance, cool clean and comfy, the food was very delicious and many menu selection, thanks

Good hotel with great location, all staff was helpful and very polite with the friendly way to communication, nice hotel with many selection menu of FB, nice hospitality by mas Ali fo manager, Will be back
