Great service tonight wasn't in a while, but really done after the updates

The manager is so awesome. She is positive, polite, and makes a perfect sandwich!!!

I don’t understand why some people say the staff at this restaurant seemed unfriendly. During my first visit, I encountered two unusually rude servers who spent more time complaining about their jobs than actually serving customers. When I approached the counter, one of them rolled her eyes at me and spoke with a tone that felt angry and dismissive. It’s important for staff to realize that their attitude can make a big difference in the customer experience. At this point, it might be better for them to find a job that suits them better, because they clearly aren’t enjoying this one. I hope they consider making some changes or let someone more dedicated take over.

The service was a bit slow, but it didn't bother me since the server came to my car to inform me that the wait time was shorter than usual that day (I had ordered online for curbside pickup). The subs were, as always, delicious.

The two young ladies who served us provided excellent customer service. The food was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the protein shells.
