Frankie Benny's - Chester

Excellent diverse menu, many options for similar types of food. Bar inside a good place to kill time with your partner when waiting for a table as it is always busy in the evening. Brunch lunch and Sunday menus available too. General theme of place is relaxing with big band etc music in background for which the soundtracks are actually available to buy. Overall a good restaurant for both families and couples with excellent food at reasonable prices.

We went out for lunch, myself my sister and 2 yr old niece. The server was Nikki and she was very helpful and customer focused. She explained what was on and off the menu and then checked for us, which was good as what I wanted had been off menu but was now back on. She was polite, helpful and happy in her role. Chatted to us and nothing was too much trouble . Great visit and will be back again

I called yesterday with my enkel and his partner for lunch in the chester restaurant and the service was on site, we were received and shown to our seats within 3mins of entering the restaurant and were asked if we need any drinks directly, these were served us within minutes, the food was delicious and served immediately, that is the third time that I was here and everything was excellent everyone visiting

First visit but will not be the last. Food good Service good. We will be back.

Service can sometimes be a bit slow, but otherwise great. Food and staff are always lovely.
