We made a reservation at this restaurant for three people to have the carvery. When we arrived, our drinks were served promptly. We then went up to get our food and found that there was a limited selection of vegetables. The cauliflower cheese was lacking in sauce and the cauliflower and broccoli were both too hard. It seemed more suitable for rabbits than humans. Additionally, if you serve roast potatoes, it would be better to make your own instead of using Aunt Bessie's. Overall, we were disappointed with the carvery and will not be returning in the future. Good luck to the restaurant.

The Sunday carvery at this restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The gammon, pork, and beef are exceptionally tender. There is plenty of choice of vegetables, along with great roast potatoes, gravy, and extras. I would highly recommend making a reservation, as the experience is worth it. Additionally, don't forget to try the lovely apple crumble and custard. Cheers!

Mothers day carvery didnt disappoint. Lovely fresh selection of veg and choice of three meats. The new owners are so friendly and accommadating. Waiting on staff helpful friendly, nothing too much trouble. Lovely pleasant surroundings. The weekly menu is inspiring too. Cant wait to visit again.

Stayed on trotting mare site in our motor home, ate twice over weekend, both meal where amazing, Sunday carvery was the best, manager an his wife an staff where very helpful an friendly, an the pub was spotlessly clean, we will definitely return, booked site again
