Oceans Take Away

This restaurant offers great prices, delicious food, and friendly service. It is located near Kingways shops and comes highly recommended for its 5-star service and dining experience.

Upon visiting this restaurant with a very clean 4-star hygiene rating, I was impressed by the beautifully presented and friendly staff. After looking on TripAdvisor for a Thai takeaway option, I ordered the Red Thai Curry and boiled rice from Ozeane. Unfortunately, the Red Thai Curry did not resemble a traditional Thai curry at all, as it consisted of a large, unappetizing piece of chicken breast that had not been properly cut or cooked.

The dish we received did not contain red Thai curry paste or coconut milk. Instead, it seemed to be a greasy Chinese stir-fry with chili, which was not mixed well as we found clumps of it. It was extremely disappointing. The dish should not be advertised as a red Thai curry as it did not resemble anything we had in Thailand. I feel deceived and upset as it is definitely not Thai food in any way.

On the basis of the TA recommendation last night we went to this takeaway. Serving well and good priced, but the unrecognisable cantonese and sweetsour sauces made eating insensitive I fear. my son and I had to follow most food. a few mouthful ties. cheap but bad in summary

I love this chip shop so much since the first day I went to It! The food is at the highest quality with fresh ingredients and a large variety of things to try. The staff are kind and friendly, the building is clean and lovely!...And the authentic Food they have is outstanding! 10/10 for me! Shea McDonough
