Long wait time, staff seem scrambled, chips were horrible, looked like they had been cooked and recooked, very burnt, not nice at all. At least the sausage was okay. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10

Thought we would try and see if it's inproved from the last meal we had from here, it was worse than ever, cold, rock hard, tasteless even dog didn't want it, staff rude, slow service, that's the last time I waste my money here, I'm really surprised there still in buissness

Not bad of you are prepared to wait about an hour .an if you do a phone order they sometimes don't answer.. happened a few times to me .when it does I use helsbys wok and they deliver ..think of the money jade must be losing out on .bet iam not the only one this happens to

So disappointed we have been going for years but has gone downhill, past few orders have all had things missing, this time my whole Chinese was missing by the time we realised we were at home 25 minutes away so couldn't go back, the phone is off the hook and has been for days so couldn't even phone them to deal with the problems so wasted £6 and had no dinner, extremely sad and won't be going again
