Very poor service. 1 starter and 4 mains took 2hrs with big queues to pay and other tables just ignored by waiters. Food tasted burnt and wasnt worth the visit. We were ignored for a long time after the starter and all just wanted to leave.

The appetizers were decent, but the main courses were lacking flavor and disappointing considering the price. Additionally, we had to wait 20 minutes for the bill and only received it after threatening to leave without paying. The restaurant wasn't even very busy. Overall, a poor dining experience.

Our experience at this restaurant was very disappointing for several reasons. We visited as a group and found that the waiter did not seem very interested in serving us. The starters were not served together and there was a significant time delay. Four of the main courses were missing and one adult was mistakenly served a child's meal. The squid in the fish-based special was so tough that it couldn't be cut, let alone eaten, despite the high price of £15. Other dishes were also lacking in quality, with some being described as "gloopy". Overall, we were not impressed with the food and service, and felt that our £70 was wasted. In total, our group spent around £400 and we do not plan to return. There is a lot of room for improvement, from the chef to the service quality at this restaurant.

Just about the rudest people I have ever encountered on the telephone. Abrupt and condescending. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Avoid.

We were recommended here as we were staying at The Alexandra Court Hotel. There was 7 of us and the food was out of this world it was all extremely hot and really tasty. Couldn’t fault it at all and the staff even made a fuss of the kids and gave them sweets
