The Eagles Nest Rockin' Country

This place was sooo much fun!! They had three different clubs: country, hip hop and then outside live music. Me and my honey were visiting his brother and family in Chesapeake, VA and needed to find a local spot to go have a date night without the kids. This place exceeding expectations!! The only thing I was disappointed about was the mechanical bull was out of order. Besides that, music was vibin' place was packed, and drinks were on point!! The live band TOTALLY made the night!! It was a chick singer and they did 90s grunge; LOVED IT!!

Only went on Wednesday nights when DJ Kenny would do line dancing lessons. loved the lessons (I think it’s usually 6:30 8/9, but definitely check the times when you go) food is alright, the best thing I had there was the pizza! Nothing healthy though, so don’t think you’re going to go and order a salad if you’re a beginner he does a really good job of teaching the line dances, although make sure you have good dancing shoes, it’ll kill your knees otherwise etc (make sure they don’t have a material that grips on them) just ask for a pitcher of water so they don’t have to keep refilling and you don’t have to wait for refills it’s a busy bar like atmosphere, expect that kind of service they have a decent sized outdoor and two separate indoor areas follow them on social media, they often host events/parties (photo is from us at Saint Patrick’s day) Heard the weekends are awesome but I never made it out.

Adam is the absolute best!! Jamie was our server and was a bit swamped (they had a last minute quit) BUT Jamie and Adam did their absolute best to make sure we were taken care of! Thank you so much Adam and Jamie! (Adam should be promoted)

Fun place! We stopped there with our son and his wife for a quick beer. Stayed for a while because they let us sit on the patio with our dogs and there were corn hole games!

Amazing place with eight different bars! Something for everyone if you take a group of people who likes all types of music! They don't just play country music either. All types of music and a great dance floor!
