The personnel leave you less than flat. The girl who helped me had never scooped a cone in her entire life. Asked and paid for a double scoop cone and after 5 agonizing minutes, was finally handed the worlds 2 smallest scoops basically amounting to 1 scoop. No training but any management, obviously! Very sad. Won’t be back!

Baskin Robbins is my favorite ice cream shop, but the customer service at this particular location is terrible. The flavors are not labeled and the workers don't seem to know what ice creams they have available. Despite the convenience of this location near our house, my family will be going elsewhere next time. The milkshakes were disappointing, with very little ice cream added for the price we paid. The ice cream scoops were small and melted quickly, even though the temperature outside was only 38 degrees Fahrenheit. I was extremely disappointed and believe that the Baskin Robbins in Basel is much better than this place.

This summer, why not beat the heat with a delicious icy treat. I highly recommend trying the bananenboot!

The staff at Baskin Robbins are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the location of the restaurant. They offer a variety of delicious new ice cream flavors along with some classic favorites.
