The quality of the food has truly declined in the past 2 years. I have given them multiple chances and each time the food has been sub par. Today was my last time patronizing this place. ?

This is my second time ordering. The first time I got the smothered pork chop and OMG they were wonderful. Second time I ordered pigs feet dinner, ox tail dinner, smothered pork chops and bread pudding all with Mac and cheese and corn bread. Portion sizes are hugh, food is to die for and the bread pudding is wonderful. Everyone was nice and helpful. The only problem I have is they are less than a half mile from my home, so I can see I will need a punch card and a diet soon.

I ordered fried wings yams and Mac. Wings were burnt and tasted funny like it was fried in old grease. No season or taste to them. I couldn’t even barely eat it. And I don’t even want to save it. TRASH. My cousin got turkey wings yams Mac rice with gravy and potato salad. She barely ate any of her sides. They were horrendous. Wings tasted raw and unseasoned. Cake tasted store bought and dry. NEVER AGAIN. Not sure what happened but I ordered here a long time ago and this food did not look nor taste like that. Wasted money and f’ed up my taste to even eat. We spent $70!!!! Could have had better at Mickey D’s!!!!!!!!

Ms Sheila, your food has always been delicious, for years, but I've noticed that since you relocated, the atmosphere and lack of customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When spending our hard earned money in your establishment, we don't feel welcomed and appreciated in the way that we used to. Now it seems as though we are a bother coming through the door. The young lady behind the counter was rude to me, in person, and abrupt with customers on the phone. The entire time she was taking my order, she was playing with her braids, braiding it, unbraiding it, and flipping it back and forth!!! No stars for customer service because she was an absolute ZERO!!! Thankfully she was not in the kitchen. The young man with the Jamaican accent was greatly helpful and made the visit worthwhile. I always recommended you for the best SOUL FOOD in the area, since we come from across the water. It takes 43 minutes to get to your establishment, and I'm giving this review on the way home. The food smells great but it's the poor customer service and unwelcoming atmosphere that leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

They didn't have but a quarter of what's on the menu.Took my order then said they don't have it and no refunds.Got ribs(dry overcooked and salty), Macaroni and cheese had burnt stuff mixed in under the bottom,greens were salty with a lot of pepper.They need some real cooks.My last time going there.
