The restaurant is perfect for a quiet, quality dining experience. My daughter wanted to take me someplace nice for breakfast. Thing about the IHOP, Bob Evans, and other local area restaurants, none would have the finer ambience with the Bay view, tablecloths, glassware and intimacy as Rod and Reel Restaurant. Our experience was mixed. Check-in felt very mechanical. We were asked our name, asked to initial some forms, provide payment, and then given keys and told the elevator was off to the right. No other information was provided such as WiFi password, check-out time, or any type of info about if there was a complimentary breakfast or if even coffee was served in the morning, we received zero information about the amenities. Positive: Convenient to the area and especially the only grocery store in town. Free bicycles for guest to ride the several bike trails in the area. Negative: Our room had a musty smell. Other than that, everything was very good.

We celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary on July 4th. We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful resort. Between the entertainment and the food at the neighboring restaurants you can't go wrong. Please go see this beauty for yourself! Depending on your palate I recommend Traders and Hook and Vine ????

It 's a nice bingo style casino. The slots are not traditional slots, they are 'tabs ' which is like a stack of predetermined lottery tickets. It 's fun for a little while. The food is terrible but the drinks are pretty good. The view of the bay from outside is incredible, shame they keep the windows shuttered up like a dark pit. That 's the biggest downside. It 's really grim inside.
