Saladworks - Cherry Hill

I gave him two stars for cleanliness and because the checkout was nice. But I was very disappointed by the lack of knowledge of the person who prepared my bowl. I asked for a southwestern grain bowl, which means how I had read it on the online menu. After she insisted to call it a salad, I asked that she was sure there was quinoa and kale, she gave me brown rice and gave me almost romaine instead of kale. She asked again what I wanted. I think you're the one who works here, shouldn't she know what to bring her in? Now to my disappointment I came to my office to realize the reason why she got most of my ingredients wrong because she had me a fire roasted cabo salad in a bowl intead of what I had specifically asked for several times......no pumpkin seeds, no raisins, no onions. She has my whole order so wrong, I even want to refund tip

2 avacado BLT sandwiches together with a salad ordered. I ransacked my wife and daughter. The BLT sandwiches had no bacon. What happened? Very disappointed. It's not like the place is busy. I was the only customer there.

I'm here once a week. The business is always clean, the staff is always very friendly and professional and salads are on the point.

I went to a meal today and was greeted by the friendly staff, Alex! He and Saul, who had the most friendly smile, made my experience great and I hope to see them again!

Usually I do not have a problem with this store. The last few times I ordered from this store, the tomatoes were really bad to the point I get sick. They have had bad tomatoes and nothing has been done about it. I went back today and ordered salad again, there has been nothing done about it. Tomatoes are bad and I can smell it as soon as I opened the salad. Salad is not cheap and expect to go in and get a good salad and not get sick.
