Dunkin' - Cherry Hill

I went to the restaurant and ordered six donuts. I asked if I could pick the flavors, and they said yes. However, when I got home, none of the donuts I chose were available and all the flavors were terrible. My family didn't enjoy any of them. When I tried to call the restaurant, they hung up on me. This was my first visit to the restaurant since I was new in the area, but I will never go back.

The staff here is always friendly and greet customers with a smile. The sandwhiches are always hot and served to you in record time. This time reminds you that fast food still exits, allowing customers to continue with thier busy day, virtually unintedrupted.

Service is pretty alright and you can expect your normal Dunkin experience here. Just make sure you get what you ordered. Sometimes your drinks will be made a little off with them adding sugar to a no sugar drink or something like that, but other than that they're quick and reliable.

0 stars. I managed 3 Dunkins here in Burlington County and she yelled at me and told me I dont know what I want. As someone who opened a Dunkin store and trained Dunkin managers Ive never seen a worse Dunkin in my life. Do not go to this Dunkin in Cherry Hill unless you want the wrong order and extremely rude service. I can only recommend if you like getting yelled at by people who dont know English dont understand customer service and excel at terrible food service.

I've been here for years. sometimes everything is perfect. usually not. Today I have a ei and I can watch that was not folded, looked like a pizza. also ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with butter, which says the paper on my bag, but got a simple bagel not roasted with cream cheese. they try to call, but their number is separated. ridiculus
