Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cherry Hill

Really bad. I know Chipotle nationwide has been slipping from the fresh ideal when they started but this is a new low in quality. All meats looked overcooked. Rice dry. Veggies dark and soupy. I don?t even know the right words to explain. I would avoid.

Food was pretty good but the staff was downright unpleasant. The music which bordered on inappropriate was so loud you couldn't communicate effectively with the person taking your order. My husband asked them to turn it down and had to raise his voice to be heard. Our son has an auditory processing disorder and was unable to dine in as planned because they refused to turn the music down. When we fail to accommodate other abled customers, we fail.

Never order mobile or pick up from this locations. 3 times our orders have been missing items or poorly made. How can you forget the lettuce for a salad?!? Or put chicken for carnitas bowl? I have been there to eat in and our orders have been great. Just because I'm not visible to look at my food being made does not mean I should receive poor quality meals. Again, NEVER order take out from this location.

This was my first time. Mexican food usually upsets my stomach but this didn't. We arrived before 12 noon. No customers were there. Employees were still preparing. Food was delicious. Had the bowl meal with a bit of everything. They allowed me to split my choices so I could have a scoop of pork and beef and a scoop of both bean choices. Both meats were VERY tender and the pork was especially flavorful. It was a lot of food. I ate some there and most of the rest later at home. The last little bit was eaten the next day. I told my daughter that was the healthiest and best tasting fast food I've ever had. The added charge and cost for guacamole was an unpleasant surprise. It was good but not worth $2 for one scoop. You lost a star for that.

I ordered from this location a few days ago online. I first ordered a bowl which when I got back home was the completely wrong order with things inside I didn?t even put on the order. Then I went back to the restaurant with an extra order of tacos as well. I got the correct bowl, but the tacos were absolutely horrible. 3 tacos for 12$ and the picture below is all that was in them? ridiculous. Will never come to this chipotle again and rude service as well
