le dauphin bleu - Cherbourg-en-Cotentin

Recently on the way back to the ferry back to Ireland. Eating on the boat is usually garbage and too expensive, so we came here to fill with a decent lunch. Weekday Lunch 12 2 is much cheaper than...weekend lunch or nighttime. (I think it was around €11 or 12. We were not disappointed, it is an all you eat buffet with a wide selection of freshly prepared dishes. (3 types of dim sum, nems, beef, pig chicken, etc. You can help the hot food and you can also choose meat veg that can be cooked before you while you wait with a sauce of your choice. (Chef definitely did NOT use the same dish with raw food to return to the boiled dish! All good and food safe! I had King Prawns Veg noodles with a garlic sauce (sauce a l'ail that was delicious. There is also a desert bar with ice, sorbets etc., but we were not able. The staff was very pleasant, there are plenty of parking and the premises were very clean. (Entrance to premises from industrial/commercial goods does not look great, but persistent! We definitely come back when we're in the next area.

I had only one meal here and was shocked to see that the cook used the dish that had my raw chicken to serve it again after it had cooked it. Don't you know about cross-contamination and food poisoning? They wonder what other dubious practices happen from the point of view. I will never eat here again

Well, it's still a wok, but we eat relatively well. the staff is pleasant and the choices are quite varied even if we all know that we don't eat the fee and that it's relatively bad. the decoration remains nice although a little old but we pass from very nice moment to every passage.

1st night in expensiveburg and 1st restaurant. Our choice was on a Chinese-Japanese. After searching, we decided to go to the blue dolphin. We regret this choice. A real treat. to do and do without hesitation.
