Bruchi's - Cheney

I got a chicken Malibu sandwich in Cheney today and it is so gross. Greasy and not much flavor. When I called about I was told nothing is different. Well I’ve eaten at Bruchis for years and have never gotten a bad sandwich until today.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I placed an online order and arrived at the store at 7:30pm which was my said pick up time on my online receipt. Once I arrived, my food was not ready and the two women working said that since it was 7:30 and they close at eight that they would not be making my food. They said that they had refunded my money and that it should be in my account in one to three days. It is now two weeks later and I have called numerous times and each time they take my number with a promise to call back. I have yet to receive a call back or receive my refund of $43. I will never eat at this location again. And I hope others are warned so they also do not have their money stolen from them.

This is the only Bruchis in the Spokane area I will go to anymore because I am never acknowledged by the employees when I walk in.Unfortunately, this Bruchis has joined the rest of them and I no longer am greeted by employees when I enter, and my entire interaction involves absolutely zero customer service. The only words said to me were, What can I get you? And, Wyatt! When my order was done.It seems customer service is a thing of the past and I hope this store can bring it back.Not to mention it took literally 28 minutes to receive my order with only 2 people in the restaurant.Not to mention the paper they wrap the sandwiches in was so soaked and soggy with grease that the paper was falling apart all over the sandwiches.Edit: Forgot to mention the medium size fry was served with about 1/4 of the bag filled.

Bruchis burger was raw, not ordering from here again.

I usually order online and pick up... I think Bruchi's is seriously underrated. I always love me a steak or chicken and bacon with pepper jack. I also add Pineapple and pepperoncinis. Call me weird, but I love that combo and it's delicious! Plus you can't beat the price these days.
