The at Cowley Manor - Cheltenham

This restaurant is always memorable for the right reasons. It's great to see English wines and spirits on the menu. I will definitely be planning another visit soon.

As always, beautiful location, attentive staff and wonderful food.... however I asked for a Tom Collins cocktail which is a pretty basic cocktail and they got it completely wrong, nowhere near enough syrup if any, which is disappointing for a restaurant of this standard but maybe they didn't have the correct staff on that day. Anyway, I hate complaining so I fixed it myself with sachets of sugar which made it drinkable but they should maybe take note or not agree to make a cocktail if they don't know how .... especially considering the price of their cocktails. Will be back despite this but stick to the cocktails on their menu I guess

Wonderful outdoor dining experience on the terrace.

We had a pleasant meal outside due to Covid restrictions. It would have been better if the food was a little warmer, but we didn't mention it because we weren't sure if it was due to the cooking or the fact that we were seated outdoors. The staff were polite and professional.
