Everything is expensive in there! Not sure why? Tiny shop, friendly staff clean. Good for special occassions.

I took my two grandchildren shopping and as a special treat, asked them what they would like. They wanted milkshakes and cookies. After walking all the way through the Arcade to this restaurant, we were told they had run out of milk. How can a business run out of milk? They should either stock up properly or send someone to get more. We were not the only disappointed customers, as there were several other people behind us who also wanted milkshakes and left empty-handed. It's a shame because the cookies looked great. If you're looking for cookies and milkshakes, I would recommend going somewhere else. The customer service here was lacking, and it seems like the staff could use some training. Even my grandchildren were disappointed with the experience. This place has lost three potential future customers for sure.

The staff here need to go on a customer training.. There is not a lot more to say.. the food is very expensive..

Cookies for grand son... they have a go postion in the arcade but still not cheap, but then they need to make money you do not have to buy

We wanted to try the cookies and were very disappointed: tough and too much baking powder, they tasted more like two days ago. We had expected fresh, internally soft and externally crispy cookies and were disappointed. Not again.
