Domino's Pizza Cheltenham

Extremely rude staff member. When I arrived he was in the phone (no problem). But the phone call lasted for over 5 minutes and he failed even to acknowledge my presence. When I tried to ask how much longer he would be, he half put the phone down and said ‘can’t you see I’m on the phone’ in a very rude and dismissive manager. Clearly it was not acceptable for him to not acknowledge a customer for so long. I asked if he was able to ask one of his colleagues to serve me, to which he dismissed me and said they were not able to. The staff at the back were all stood together chatting, clearly not too busy to serve me. Once the member of staff at the till finally got off the phone, he continued to be rude to me, muttering under his breath as I ordered. He started to mimic the things I was saying as I was asking questions to ensure I got the pizza I wanted. Absolutely disgusting behaviour in a customer service role. Dominos I would recommend you retrain this person asap or get rid, as he is negatively contributing to your business. Photo of the staff member attached.

My partner and I ordered two large pizzas, but received two medium pizzas instead. We even measured them to make sure we weren't mistaken, compared to Domino's size reference page. I called the High Street shop and they were fairly nice about it, with the guy offering to make us two new large pizzas. However, I had to pick them up myself, which defeated the purpose of having them delivered. When I arrived at Domino's, I only received one medium pizza. I was too frustrated to argue and just left. The lesson learned is not to order from Domino's on High Street.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Not only was the pizza delicious, but the staff went above and beyond to help me when I made a mistake with my order. Despite ordering to collect from the wrong branch, the lady working there quickly arranged for my food to be delivered to the correct location (high street). I want to give a special thank you to the lady, the speedy delivery driver, and the helpful staff member at the other branch. You all made my day! This happened today at around 7:00pm.

Just ordered lunch time vegan pizza , extremely disappointed, highly processed ingredients and chip taste

Unfortunately, this restaurant is not knowledgeable about their delivery area. On two separate occasions, a rude woman asked me to call a branch that does not deliver to me. I have attempted to place an order twice, but have not been successful either time. What a disappointment!
