Caffe Nero Cheltenham Hof

I am disappointed because the pistachio iced latte used to be prepared correctly in the blender and had a green color like in the advertisement. However, recently the staff has only been adding a few pumps of syrup at the bottom, which doesn't look or taste good. I understand that they may be busy at times, but this issue has occurred frequently even when it's not busy.

This coffee shop is so charming and cozy! Our lattes were perfect and just the right temperature. The menu offers a variety of delicious food options as well. The interior is inviting and warm. I absolutely adore this place. Thank you.

Today, the staff at the restaurant was very kind and gave me a complimentary drink while I was waiting to pick up my order.

Staff here are absolutely lovely and clearly enjoy their job. Particularly the guy with the pony tail. Makes me want to come back again and again!

Hi, we have raised this with Cafe Nero however the place is absolutely crawling with flies. Sadly it wasn't until we ordered and found the seating area, walls and ceiling were covered in flies. Not little green fly, and it was just so unpleasant to have our lunch and drinks being dive bombed by fruit flies. Surely it should be closed to be cleaned? I understand summer but it was crawling. Please check before you order, it would be a pity to see your lunch ruined. Staff are lovely, patient and helpful, but this needs sorting at senior level. Check the ceiling before ordering, something I never thought I would ever say!
