Shaw Farm - Chelmsford

I stopped at this restaurant for a quick dinner after playing golf nearby. I had an amazing burger, one of the best I've ever had, for around £17. The onion rings were delicious. My friend ordered a sirloin steak for approximately £22, which was just okay.

The server, Alisha, was charming and attentive. The menu offered a mix of traditional pub fare with some upscale options. Our food arrived quickly, was piping hot and delicious. The pub had tasteful decor and various seating areas to choose from.

I went to Shaw Farm for a meal for the second week in a row. Both my friend and I enjoyed our meals and the service was fantastic. The fish and chips were tasty, and the desserts were great. I highly recommend the black forest chocolate pot dessert that my friend ordered. It was very creative!

Service was good, in general the staff seemed friendly and attentive, atmosphere was ok, the pub and restaurant had a nice feeling, huge beer gardens that is great. Pond area and gardens appear a little overgrown, which is a candy. eating was a bit underwhelming, I had the chicken clubsand that was small but tasted nicely.

Beautiful pub with excellent quality of eating. we were slightly concerned about the attention to allergies, but fortunately all turned out well. would come back seriously and like to return.
